on saturday was my first ever 3D experience. i went to jordan's imax theater and god damn it was packed o______o;; 500 people LOL damnn....sold out till monday. crazy.
so my sister order ahead of time to watch Avatar. damn at first the 3D was sooooooooo cool but at the same time annoying cause it sort of gave me a headache. but damn that movie was goooodddd loved it! pretty sad too. must watch more movies often! haha
anyways, since december i've been going to this organization call MAP. im now in Core Group who is in charge of Asian Impact. Asian Impact is a local gay and bisexual Asian Pacific Islander (API) program that promotes HIV/AIDS prevention & awareness, create safe spaces in the gay community, and build fellowship among gay and bisexual API men.
so basically i have a meeting every thursday to plan out workshops that lead discussions on any topic we choose to work on for every other fridays. tuesday at map, we go to this room call the A-spot and we just hang out and socialize with other people and make new friends. its filled with many great people who are friendly and open minded. i've brought sarah there a couple of times cause i wanted her company hehe and i brought both sarah and co to one of the workshops and had a very awesome discussion with everyone. MAP isnt just a hang out for gays, bisexuals, lesbians but also straight people who support their friends come and hang out too.
i wish to bring a few more of my friends one day so i can show them whats the place is all about. but until then we'll just take it one step at a time! :D
